What Combination of Business Process Analysis Templates do I need?
Download the Business Process Analysis Template Guide for this. This document provides a summary of the purpose of each template and how they may be combined together.
The Beginner’s Guide to Requirements Elicitation Series also provides context for applying these templates effectively.
What benefits do I gain from using these templates?
- You can use them as starting points for preparing official business analysis deliverables
- You can compare them with the templates you already have to see which sections are missing
- You can use them to learn how to create business analysis deliverables and view samples of text that fit into each section.
What methodology (Agile, Scrum, Traditional, etc) are these templates suited for?
The templates can be customised to suit whatever level of detail your project requires. Delete sections that appear superfluous or build in additional sections based on your specific requirements. Agile methodologies require less detail than waterfall-based methodologies. Not all projects have the same documentation requirements so trim down sections when you need less detail.
